We understand that everyone is not in the same Time Zone and provide Live Training on your schedule, simply schedule a session and we will send you the invitation for the Live Training session within 24 hours.
Any sessions booked will be paid in advance and no refunds are offered if you fail to show up.

Training Sessions are booked on your time zone and we will provide a live instructor at the appointed time for 90 minutes per session.

All of our members have our respect and rest assured, your privacy is protected by the highest security available for your information.
We do provide certificates or badges for each session completed and passed with acceptable grades. You can retake the exams as many times as needed to ensure you retain the knowledge acquired.
Dependability
We strive to provide live training on your schedule, which means we schedule our instructors to be live during each 90 minute session.
We will be live in the session 5 minutes before the scheduled start time and will remain in the webcast for a full 90 minutes to allow you time to develop any questions and have them answered live during the session.

Scheduled sessions are non-refundable if you do not show. 24 Hours notice prior to booked session required to cancel with 25% cancellation fee.

Hard to find time in your schedule? Register for our AYP Pre-recorded sessions. Fully searchable by topic short five to fifteen minute sessions with 24 hour responses to any questions posted in the session chat via email.

Our staff has worked with Civil 3D since it's inception (2004 not for production release) and many or our instructors are assisting in the improvement, development and feature requests for future releases of the software platforms available from AutoDESK.
